Megan Felix (they/she) is a New Jersey-based photographer, specializing in portraiture and art direction. They graduated from Rutgers University-Newark with a B.A. in Video Production and a double minor in Art & Philosophy. Initially self-taught, Megan immersed themselves in the local art scene through Rutgers-Newark to expand their worldview. Her exploration of drawing, painting, and film guided her toward photography as her main medium.
Inspired by the revitalizing ginseng root, jinsengs represents bringing energy to the parts of our lives that we tend to forget or neglect. Whether it be a birthday shoot for a client or an emulation of a forgotten era, Megan puts vision and intention at the forefront of her work.
